Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for an item you have purchased from us.

2. "As Is" Products

All products on our website are sold "as is." This means that the product is sold in its current condition and without any warranties or guarantees, except as otherwise expressly stated in the product description.

3. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item/s must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Any indications of wear/tear or damage may result in the denial of your return request. Items may only be returned or refunded for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect item received: The item/s you received does not match what is displayed on the order confirmation

  • Significant damage caused during delivery: The item/s you received arrived damaged or broken, for which the delivery courier is liable

If you receive an item and decide you no longer like it, we are unable to offer a refund.

4. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please email sales@aviationparts.co.uk or complete the contact form via our home page within the 30-day return period. You will then be provided with instructions on how to proceed with your return.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated in the product description. If the delivery courier was liable for damages, a claim can then be filed once we have received the return.

6. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account - this may vary slightly depending on your credit card issuer's policies.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, as specified in the product description, may be non-returnable. Please review the product description carefully before making a purchase.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order.
