Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods for your convenience:

- 1st Class UK Signed For (Royal Mail)

 

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1-2 business days aim

  • Available for all UK addresses

- 2nd Class UK Signed For (Royal Mail)

 

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days aim

  • Available for all UK addresses

- International Tracked & Signed For (Royal Mail)

 

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days aim

  • Available for most countries

Please note that shipping times are approximate and may vary based on the recipient's location and other factors beyond our control such as severe weather or industrial action. Customers can select their preferred shipping method during the checkout process. We are not liable for a courier's failure to deliver at the arranged time, or any consequences customers encounter from this.

Shipping costs are calculated based on (a) the recipient's location and (b) our pre-assigned shipping category given to each product.

The postage rate will apply to each product in the order. We reserve to rights to modify or amend these shipping costs without notice at our sole discretion.

UK customers have the option to select 1st or 2nd Class delivery at checkout.

Customers can view the final shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing their order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

If you are an international customer (outside of the UK), you will also receive a tracking number - which can be used to monitor the status of your delivery.

Please be aware that some international orders may be subject to customs and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary for each country. We advise customers to check online, or with their local customs office, for specific information on this.

If we cannot ship to the address you provided at checkout, we will email you using the provided contact information to discuss resolution steps, which may involve order cancellation to allow you to re-purchase with a deliverable address.

Due to only using 'Signed For' delivery services, we are not liable for non-delivery claims. If you encounter an issue with a failed delivery, you must contact Royal Mail directly.
